Each 机构 within TCC shall designate a 第九条协调员 to oversee and ensure compliance with this Policy.  Each 第九条协调员 is responsible for ensuring compliance with Title IX and this Policy within their 机构.

TCC Title IX Process Administrator

The TCC Title IX Process Administrator (referred to as the “TCC Title IX Administrator”) oversees the Title IX Grievance Process for TCC.  As outlined throughout this Policy, the TCC Title IX Administrator is responsible for a variety of tasks, 包括, 但不限于, 以下几点:

• Managing the Title IX Grievance Process across the six above-listed 机构s.
• In consultation with the 第九条协调员s, evaluating and assigning Investigators, 听到警察, and Appeal Authorities in the Title IX Grievance Process.
• Confirming and documenting the training of all individuals involved in the Title IX Grievance Process.
